The service at the restaurant remained friendly, but there were some instances of disrespect. The location appeared to be generally good, though slightly inconvenient for my needs, and could benefit from more greenery. The hotel's rooms were small, and unfortunately, you couldn't bring outside food in. Despite the size, the room was kept at a comfortable temperature. The service was top-notch, with attentive and friendly staff. The location was a bit inconvenient, but not a deal-breaker. The dining experience lacked variety, but the service made up for it.

I had a fantastic experience at the hotel! The rooms were very nice and comfortable, although a bit small for the price. The bathroom was amazing, and I will definitely recommend and stay here again when visiting family in Juarez. Gracias por todo!
